How we handle your program data, submissions, and communications.
Arbiteria gathers only the data required to run Builders.next cohorts:
All program data lives inside Zero Surface meshes and SlashData stores so that every read/write is auditable.
Information powers cohort operations: scheduling, mentor support, Appstorm sandbox access, and compliance reviews. We do not sell learner data, nor do we expose artifacts to third parties without explicit approval.
Access is limited to Arbiteria and Zero2AI mentors under confidentiality agreements. Production-like datasets remain in your private mesh.
Cohort artifacts stay available for up to 90 days after graduation so teams can download showcases or logs. After that, we purge galleries and SlashData objects unless you request an extension. Compliance audit trails may be retained for legal reasons.
Arbiteria uses lightweight analytics (log-based) to understand page performance and cohort onboarding. We do not run ad trackers. Appstorm surfaces may set functional cookies to keep users signed in; these can be cleared at any time.
You may request export or deletion of cohort data by contacting hello@arbiteria.com. We respond within 10 business days and remove participant artifacts from our systems once programs conclude.
